Pitching in on promotions for her new book "Staying Strong," Demi Lovato stopped by Good Morning America in New York City this morning.
The "Heart Attack" hitmaker showed off her gorgeous blue locks while wearing a casual ensemble as she greeted her fans on the way into the studio.
Recently, Miss Lovato spoke to Glamour Mexico magazine about the support she received from her friends and family during her recovery from addiction.
"Everyone has problems... I have learned to ask for help from the people around me," 21-year-old singer stated. "I let them know [where] I'm going or [how] I feel."
Demi continued, "I think the most important thing is that there is no reason to suffer alone."
